Background[]
Liana is the daughter of Andre Layton and Zarah Ferami, who were married prior to boarding Snowpiercer. They later separated, but are reunited again and Liana is conceived in Prepare to Brace. During gestation, she was experimented on by Mrs. Headwood to have freeze resistance. Liana is born in A New Life.
