Rat is a member of the International Peacekeeping Forces led by Admiral Milius.

Not much is known about him other than the fact that they was probably a member of the International Peacekeeping Forces before the freeze.
Storming Snowpiercer[]
He is there when the International Peacekeeping Forces find Ben and Till in the trap that is the wreckage of the rocket before taking them hostage and storming Snowpiercer, led by Milius.
First New Eden Attack[]
He is seen on the mountain behind New Eden alongside Dr. Headwood. When Zarah tries to take back Liana, Rat stops Zarah at first but throws her down the side of a cliff on the mountain, leading to her death.[1]
Trivia[]
- He is possibly a reference to Terminus, the 3rd and final volume of the Snowpiercer graphic novels, as that volume feature a group of men with rodent masks.
- This might be the inspiration for the International Peacekeeping Forces as a whole, as the group with rodent masks also reside in an underground bunker like the IPF.
